Lower body & Abs – Tuesday’s workout

I got a little behind with posting these – whoops!

Lower body + abs

Super set:
Smith machine low wide stance squat
Oblique side dips with plate
4 sets x 6-10 reps

Superset:
Straight leg deadlift
Hanging leg raises
4 sets x 8-10 reps

Superset:
Single leg press
Hamstring curl
4 sets x 8-10 reps

Circuit:
DB step-ups
Elevated sumo squats
Reverse Hyper’s
Stability ball mountain climbers
3 sets x 10-15 reps

No finisher because this was intense enough with the circuit 🙂
