Wednesday: Slow cooker “rotisserie” chicken
Thursday: Bangin’ Chicken Salad or BLT salad
Friday-Sunday: out of town

Workouts:
Sunday: walk
Monday: deadlifts + cardio
Tuesday: upper body, arms + cardio
Wednesday: off
Thursday: Run
Friday: legs + cardio
Saturday: upper body + run
